Hello everyone, I need your help My grandpa Gustavo Ismael Porras Father of Mariana Tarzia Porras.

1 and only grandfather to Nahomi Tarzia. in Ecuador is not doing well with his health. Everyone who knows him his family and friends know him for being one of the best soccer all stars throughout Guayaquil/ Quito Ecuador when he was younger it was one of his favorite hobbies throughout his college years.

He was always known for being an athlete.

But he was recently detected with aneurysm.An aneurysm is a weakened, bulging area in the wall of an artery. The pressure of blood flowing through the artery can cause the bulge to grow over time. It saddens my heart seeing my grandfather like this. He has been in the hospital in Ecuador for many days as they do test on him . And the medical bills are getting very costly and with a surgery coming up. I need your help to cover the cost. And to cover any medications.

Hola a todos, necesito su ayuda. Mi abuelo en Ecuador está delicado de salud. Todos los que lo conocen, su familia y amigos, lo recuerdan como una de las estrellas del fútbol en Guayaquil/Quito, Ecuador, durante su juventud; era uno de sus pasatiempos favoritos durante sus años universitarios.

Siempre fue conocido por ser un atleta.

Pero recientemente le detectaron un aneurisma. Un aneurisma es una protuberancia o debilitamiento en la pared de una arteria. La presión de la sangre que fluye por la arteria puede hacer que la protuberancia crezca con el tiempo. Me parte el corazón ver a mi abuelo así. Lleva varios días hospitalizado en Ecuador mientras le realizan pruebas. Los gastos médicos son muy elevados y tiene programada una cirugía. Necesito su ayuda para cubrir los costos y los medicamentos.
