Hello family and friends,

It is with great sadness that I inform you about the passing of my dad, Tyrone Ricardo Batts also known to some as Tyrone and to others as Ricky. Dad touched many with his gregarious personality and blunt speech.

Dad passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, a day after his 75th birthday, and we are now, sadly, in the process of planning his funeral. As we grieve the loss of our dad, we are still short of the funds needed to finalize all funeral arrangements. We currently need to raise $6,500.00 to cover the remaining funeral costs for my dad by September 15th, in time for the funeral which will be held on September 19, 2025. We want to honor the memory of dad by giving him a send-off he deserves.
