On September 4, 2025, we tragically and unexpectedly lost the heart of our family, our beloved mother, Sherry D. Jones.

Anyone who knew our mom knew she had a fiercely loving and generous heart. She was a dedicated mother, a doting grandmother ("Granny SJ"), and a loyal friend who would do anything for the people she loved. Her kindness and strength were a guiding light for all of us, and her sudden passing has left a void that can never be filled.

As we navigate this immense grief, we are also faced with the unexpected financial burden of arranging a memorial that truly honors the beautiful life she lived. The costs for the funeral, burial, and other end-of-life expenses have quickly added up, creating a significant strain during an already impossible time.

We are creating this GoFundMe to humbly ask for support from our community of friends and family. All funds raised will go directly toward these memorial expenses, allowing us to give her the beautiful farewell she so richly deserves.
