Help cover eye glasses cost

Need help for paying to get my glasses. My husband's insurance didn't cover it all. The eye doctor office won't let you make payment arrangements. Plus I am looking at brain surgery to help my vision problems too. We are struggling. I need my glasses before my vision appointment in June. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks.
