Hi, my name is Daphne, and I'm writing to you today with a heavy heart, as our little Noah has been unexpectedly hospitalized. For those of you who don't know our family, Noah is our spunky, full-of-life boy. On March 22nd, our precious Noah was admitted to the hospital due to a rapidly worsening, severe sinus infection. Sadly, the infection spread quickly to his eye area, causing alarming swelling that completely closed his eye. When we initially arrived at the hospital, the medical team was unsure of what was happening, but we've since received a diagnosis and are now working closely with the doctors to ensure Noah receives the best possible care. As we continue to be by Noah's side, providing comfort and support, we've been essentially living at the hospital with no clear timeline for when we can finally go home. Naturally, Noah's hospitalization has meant that we have had to take time off from work, and we are now facing a mountain of unexpected expenses related to the hospital stay, as well as the loss of my income.
