Help cover Denver’s unexpected medical bills

Update: Our boy was able to be untubed late yesterday & we managed to get him home! For how long & what the future holds we are still uncertain day by day at this . He is on a lot of medications including a sedative to keep him relaxed.

We made it through the night but we are far from out of the woods yet. as for the cause we are still unsure as the main think for now is to get him through this & hopefully we can assess and investigate once we have him back to full health.

We have to keep Denver as calm & chill as possible . He is confined to his crate 24 hours a day for next few days at least, he cannot over exert himself in any way as this can cause him to pant & he will breathe through his mouth and risk airways to close over again he is not even able to walk a short distance to the bathroom (yes we have to carry him outside what a king)

We cannot thankyou all enough for your generosity and kinds words thus far it truly means the world to us, the costs for yesterday alone totaled $3624.45 which as you can imagine was not something we had planned for at all with this happening so quickly but Thankyou all soooooo much!!! All we could think yesterday is we have to Al least try and do something for him & not just give up because of the cost at the end of the day he is a family member and for those that have met him you would agree he is a very sweet caring beautiful boy xxxx

Our sweet boy Denver is currently fighting for his life after unexpectedly being rushed for urgent care at our vets early this morning struggling to breathe. We are unsure of the full costs at this stage & the full extend of his prognosis or recovery. The hours we have spent so far this morning once he was intubated & stabilized give us much hope he will pull through but he is not out of the woods yet. The next few hours will hopefully give us some more answers and guidance as to what the next steps will be for our Denvi boy. Please if you can help in any way that would be beyond appreciated , costs have already hit roughly $2000 this is basically just to keep him stable until his airways stabilse & doesn’t include costs of further treatments or if he needs to be transported to 24 hour care over night when our vet close this after noon.
