Help Cover Dave Preston's Funeral and Medical Costs

Hi, my name is Amber Preston. I am the wife of Chris Preston and Dave’s daughter-in-law. It is extremely sad and hard to announce the passing of Dave Preston. He was a husband to Barbara Preston, father to Ashley and Chris Preston, and adored papa to Kyler, Ethan, Harper, Wynter, Cole, and Maverick. Dave touched anyone he met; the man could quite literally make friends with a wall with how loving, funny, and friendly he was. He has SO many friends and loved ones he’s leaving behind, which is why I am asking for help and creating this GoFundMe.

Dave lost his battle to lung cancer on February 12th surrounded by loved ones. He leaves behind a wife whose entire world was centered around their love & marriage. With that being said, Barbara has had to take MANY months off work to care for Dave as things declined and got more serious. As we can all imagine, that came with pay cuts and stacking medical bills on top of now planning a funeral and the insane costs that go into doing that as well.

I am setting the goal at 10k to cover funeral costs, which we know aren’t cheap, help cover medical bills that have accrued since his diagnosis, and help Barbara get back on her feet as she grieves and goes through something nobody in life deserves.
