My name is Stevie Watkins and my little brother was Connor Watkins. This evening I received a notice from police that my brother was the victim of a hit and run incident in California. He was crossing a street in a crosswalk and was struck by a vehicle who did not stop. He was taken to a nearby hospital where they attempted life saving measures for several hours, but his injuries were too severe and he did not survive. I am all that is left. Our mother passed away November 14, 2011. I’ve contacted funeral homes where he is located (Solano County Coroners office in California) and I’m usually not one to ask for help, but I need help covering the costs to have my brother cremated and have his ashes brought home to Texas. I would greatly appreciate any help during this time. He was my baby brother and I need to take care of him one last time.
