On Tuesday July 22, Becca and Glenn's beloved family member & dog Cedar became very sick and needed emergency surgery. An abdominal abscess on a mass on her liver ruptured and quickly became septic. She received excellent treatment, care, and attention from both PetVet on Patton and MedVet Asheville Emergency.

After 6 days in the ICU, she was able to fight the infection and come home for continued recovery. She has made small improvements each day and is getting stronger, eating well, walking and getting her bossy little personality back.
