Help Cover Casper's Unjust Debt

Hi there, my name is Casper and I am crowdfunding for a bill I can't afford at all. I'm currently living off $300 checks from the government and receive SNAP benefits. I can't work right now due to my disability on my right leg.
Back in November 2023, I was driving with my friend (Spencer), coming off the highway onto 3rd and Callowhill Rd in North Philadelphia, when we got T-boned by a New Jersey driver who was speeding with a 2021 Black Ford F-150. He tried to leave the scene but was chased down by us until our car decided to not work. He finally pulled over and started taking pictures of my car. I had called the police, but no police were able to make it to the accident since we were not in need of an ambulance. At the time, I had just gotten the car and could not afford insurance, so I was trying to drive as carefully as possible. But that seemed halted. He then demanded my driver's license (I provided it, I'm not suspended) and insurance, but once I told him I have no insurance, he made a deal of not making a police report and not reporting this to the insurance company. We left the scene and went back home, and I paid for the damages to be fixed on my car.
Six months later, I received a letter and email, being told I was being sued for the accident and I am at fault for the damage to the front of his car, even though he T-boned me. He reported his truck as hit in New Jersey, making it my fault since I have no insurance. (New Jersey will put anyone without insurance at fault.) I had pleaded and fought against his lawyers until we went to civil court, and the judge pleaded me as guilty due to not having insurance at the time. They then gave me a bill of $7,800 with interest, and if I do not pay this bill, my license will be suspended and I won't be able to purchase or drive a car for the next 5 years. I had been paying most of the bill and was able to bring it down to $6,300 with incremental payments at the minimum ($252 monthly). Until now, where I cannot afford the bill and the car that I have doesn't work the same since the accident. I am asking for help to pay this off completely because it's debilitating. I can't cover my rent, phone, medical bills, and any other bills I may have already. I do not want to lose my housing and license. If you could please help, it would be much appreciated.
