Tragedy has struck our family. My brother was shot and killed this morning. We are hoping to fundraise enough money to cover the funeral cost and cremation of my brother. With whatever is leftover, if anything, it will go to my nephew in a trust account. My nephew was my brother's only child.

My brother, Brian M. Cofer, was the kindest person you would ever meet. His humor would brighten any room. His laugh was contagious, and he always wanted to make anyone around him laugh. His only child, Blake Cofer, is 14 today; he now shares his birthday with his dad’s death date.
