Hi there, this is my sweet baby cat Bean, who developed something called Pyometra and had to have an emergency surgery on January 6. Bean is fully recovered now and I’m so glad thankful for the Dr. Appel for providing excellent care for her. The original emergency vet we took her to quoted us at almost $9k to do the surgery…but thankfully Dr. Appel of Fifth Avenue Veterinary Hospital was able to do it for right over $3800, the same day we called and she was able to have her surgery that same night. I’m so grateful for the quick care she received to ensure she’s still here with us today❤️

That being said, it was still quite an expense :(
