Abraham was more than just a dog—he was a gentle soul who deserved a chance at love and safety. He was found alone by the freeway train tracks in San Bernardino, passed through multiple shelters, and finally, I flew in to rescue him. From the moment I met him, I knew I wanted to give him the life he deserved, filled with kindness and care.

I only had two weeks with Abraham, but it was the best two weeks of my life. When he came into my home, he was already very sick. I did everything I could to help him: emergency hospital visits, diagnostics, medications, and constant care. Every day, I hoped he would pull through, and I poured my heart into making sure he felt loved and safe. Despite all my efforts, his condition was too severe, and he passed away. Losing him has been heartbreaking, and the financial impact of trying to save his life has been overwhelming.

Insurance denied my claim due to policy limitations, so I used CareCredit to cover his emergency treatment. I never wanted money to be the reason I didn’t try everything for Abraham.
