I’m making this GoFundMe because my cousin’s family is facing a heartbreaking situation that no family should ever have to go through.

Their home in rural Montana was destroyed in a sudden electrical fire. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but they lost everything inside—furniture, clothes, electronics, the kids’ toys, and all the little things that made their house a home.

My cousin’s kids are just 6 and 8 years old. They don’t even have shoes to wear to play outside, or clothes to wear to their sports games. They’re starting over with nothing but the clothes they were wearing when they ran out.

The house is still standing, but it’s not safe or livable anymore. They have to rebuild from scratch, and they need help—whether it’s to buy clothes for the kids, essentials to get through the day, or to start putting their home back together.
