Courtney was originally diagnosed with Vulvar cancer in the summer of 2021.

She went through an aggressive treatment plan of chemotherapy and daily radiation for seven weeks. She was lucky that this treatment was able to be done locally.

Toward the end of 2022, she had biopsies that showed and her new pet scan confirmed cancer had returned.

The next steps in treatment are not available locally, and she had to travel to San Antonio multiple times for appointments with specialists and testing in preparation for surgery.

Her expected stay in San Antonio, following surgery, is 2 to 4 weeks. With follow-up appointments to continue in San Antonio.

Any funds raised will go toward travel, hotels and medical expenses.
