Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

My name is Kelli Eckerman, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Courtney Hyttinen, a strong, hardworking woman who has always put others first. Tragically, Courtney was recently the victim of a brutal assault by her ex-partner, who is facing serious charges for this, leaving her with severe injuries that have turned her world upside down.

Courtney ran a successful cleaning company that she built from the ground up with sheer determination and grit. It wasn't just a business—it was her passion and her livelihood, supporting her and allowing her to provide for her family while helping countless clients keep their homes and offices spotless. But due to the extent of her injuries, including broken ribs, an injured foot which she is still getting treatment for and countless bruises from head to toe with heavy emotional trauma on top of it all, she has been forced to close her company indefinitely. She's unable to work, facing mounting bills, and struggling with the emotional aftermath of this senseless violence.

This has been devastating for Courtney. She's a fighter, but right now, she needs our help to heal and get back on her feet. The funds raised will go directly toward:

Medical expenses: Covering hospital bills, therapy sessions, and any ongoing treatments to aid her physical recovery.

Lost income support: Helping with everyday essentials like rent, groceries, and utilities while she's unable to work.

Emotional support resources: Access to counseling and support groups for survivors of domestic violence.

Courtney is more than a survivor—she's an inspiration. She's always been the one to lend a hand, and now it's our turn to lift her up. Even a small donation can make a huge difference in her journey to recovery and independence.

My entire life has been turned upside down. This has nothing to do with the company you keep or choices that I have made in my life. Nothing that I have done deserves what has happened to me. I have to tell myself that every single day.

Please consider sharing this because I am still having a hard time walking my right foot has something wrong with it and we are scanning it again on Wednesday. My broken ribs have been very painful. It has been impossible to do my job. I tried for four days after my injuries and could not physically do my job. I put everything I have into my career over the last three years. I lost all of that in one evening

I am trying my best and my entire life has been completely turned upside down from this event . I am currently applying for and looking for office or desk work so if you know anyone hiring right now, please consider passing that information along to me. I am applying for jobs every day on indeed.
