Help Courtney get her Laminectomy surgery on back.

Hi my name is Courtney, I am 31 years old I have 2 little girls. I have been at the same job for the last 10 years now. For the last 11 years I have been living with chronic back pain, recently I found out I have 5 herniated disk and a narrowing of the spine, I had an appt at Carolina neurosurgery and spine center where my doctor said I need a Laminectomy surgery done, where they will go in and shave off my bones in my back that are pressing on my nerves. I live in chronic pain every day. I get numbness in my legs, burning sensation in my hips, shooting pains down my legs and loss of feeling in my groin area. I currently have no health insurance due to the fact they say I make to much for state insurance and no other insurance company will cover me due to it being a pre-existing condition. I have exhausted every options I can think of and no one can help. Someone suggested doing this, which I've never done one. My pride always gets in the way of asking for help from anyone. If you know me im the first person to always help someone thats in need. So I need some help this time. If you can not donate I totally understand.
