Help Courtney Fight Stage 4 Cancer

Hi, I’m Courtney, a 34 year-old fighting an incredibly tough battle. After completing treatment for stage 3c2 cervical cancer in February 2025, I was devastated to receive an updated stage 4B cancer diagnosis in May 2025. My most recent PET/CT Fusion scan shows new FDG avid left & Right Para-aortic, right Mesorectal, left Supraclavicular, and Subcarinal nodes have appeared, indicating further metastases, with my main tumor still not cleared.

Shockingly, the subcarinal lymph nodes involved in my case are affected in only 1% of cervical cancer cases, making my situation extremely rare and complex. For stage 4 cervical cancer, where the cancer has spread to distant parts of the body or involves distant lymph nodes, the 5-year relative survival rate is approximately 15% to 19%. I am hopeful that I will crush this rate, however having to deal with this realization is numbing.

This unexpected turn has brought immense emotional and financial challenges.

Currently, I’m facing a backlog of medical bills from my previous treatment, as United Healthcare has yet to cover those expenses and are fighting us on them. On top of this, I’m preparing to relocate from the USA back to Australia to be near my Mother (a breast cancer survivor) for support and to continue my treatment. The costs of medical care, relocation, and ongoing treatment are overwhelming, and I’m reaching out for help to navigate this difficult time. I have already sold vehicles and belongings to cover expenses up until this point.

Funds will be used to help with these bills, relocation related expenses and to support me whilst I will not be able to work.
