Help Cosme's Son with Hospital Expenses

My best friend's son is currently in a hospital in Mexico. He recently found out that his son was diagnosed with cancer. Due to some financial problems Cosme is currently unable to fly to Mexico. He is the only financial support his family has at the moment.
