Hi there! My name is Cory and I’m transman based in the Los Angeles area. I am a staff member at Akbar Silverlake, where I may have served you a drink or greeted you at the door. You might also know me if you’ve taken one of my LGBT self defense classes. Or maybe I’ve done some mechanical work on your motorcycle or scooter for you. If you’ve seen me in action, you know that I am an incredibly physical human and so are all of my lines of work. I am super excited for my upcoming top surgery in 10 days but less excited to be out of work with no source of income for 6+ weeks. I am asking for the support of the community that I love so much, to help me survive in the upcoming months. All money donated will go to groceries, rent, gas, medical supplies, and of course surgery costs. Anything helps and I deeply appreciate your contribution.
