Help Cory beat brain cancer

Hello, my name is Randy and I am fund raising for my son Cory. Cory is 25 years old, a brother, uncle, friend, and State of Texas Correctional  Officer. Cory was diagnosed with a mass in his brain on October 27, 2021, and underwent brain surgery on October 28, 2021 for a biopsy, which resulted in a cancer diagnosis.

     Due to the very aggressive nature of this tumor,  Cory immediately began the first of four chemotherapy sessions. Each session required Cory to be hospitalized for 6 days, followed by 2-4 weeks of blood and platelet transfusions to recover. Scans after the fourth round showed the chemo was doing more harm than good. On April 4th, 2022 Cory underwent a major brain surgery to remove the tumor. The surgeon removed the majority of the tumor, leaving approximately a mass about 9mm which is attached to a vein that can’t be cut on without putting him into a coma or killing him. On May 2, 2022, Cory started 6 weeks of daily radiation treatments.

     Cory has not been able to work since late October, and it will be at least July before he can potentially return to work. Any donations to help Cory rebuild his life will be greatly appreciated. Prayers are always welcome.
