I’m starting this GoFundMe for my amazing neighbors, Cory and Lexie. Anyone who knows them knows they’re the kind of people who will drop everything to help anyone, anytime. Whether it’s lending a hand, sharing what they have, or just showing up when you need someone — that’s who they are.

Unfortunately, this time they’re the ones who need our help. The recent flood caused severe damage to their home. They’re now in the process of gutting the inside and trying to salvage what they can, all while caring for their two dogs and figuring out their next steps.

The funds raised will help them cover the cost of a storage unit, home repairs, and the time they’ve had to miss from work to clean up and rebuild.

Cory and Lexie would never ask for help themselves, but I know how much they’ve done for others — and now it’s our turn to lift them up. Any amount helps, and even just sharing this means the world.
