My name is Faye Shepherd and I am raising money for a friend I've known and loved since college. She has been struggling with metastatic breast cancer for years and while the treatments have extended her life (thankfully), they have taken a toll on her body, incapacitating her to the point of needing lots of assistance. Her Medicare Advantage plan doesn't cover many of the devices required and is going away in the new year. This requires her to pay for a supplement, leaving her $800 per month to live on.

Please help me get her the assistive devices to allow her to live, starting with a heavy-duty electric lift chair for when she falls getting up (she cannot lift herself), a sock aid, long shoe horn, button aid, and other devices to dress herself, etc.

Chemotherapy and radiation caused her to lose her teeth and she needs dentures.

Anything you can give will go directly to these devices and her dentures.
