Help Corrie and Jenah Find a Safe Home
Donation protected
Corrie Bramley, a single mother who lost her husband two years ago, is now facing an unimaginable situation. On September 13, 2024, a drunk driver senselessly drove into the townhomes where Corrie and her daughter, Jenah, live. Since then, the entire building has been without power, and there is no estimated timeline from the HOA for when it will be fixed.
On September 26, the HOA finally provided a generator, but it’s uncertain how long it will function or keep their essentials operable. They’ve already lost all their food, with no way to keep things cold or frozen. Corrie and Jenah are unable to cook, wash clothes, or even take warm showers. To make matters worse, the exterior of their home has started to crack, and they now need to move.
Coming up with a deposit and first month’s rent wasn’t something they had budgeted for, and now they’re facing the very real threat of homelessness—all because of someone else’s negligence. With colder weather approaching, Corrie and Jenah are in urgent need of a new, livable place to stay.
Corrie has worked incredibly hard to create a stable home for her daughter despite the challenges of today's economy. Now, after this devastating accident, she’s at a loss. Corrie has reached out to several organizations recommended by the Red Cross, but none have been able to provide assistance.
Any support you can offer to help Corrie and Jenah secure a safe new home would mean the world to them. Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.
