Hello! Our names are Corinna and Jane! We are two trans girls living in the Deep South, as well as a deeply in love couple who have the great pleasure of making music together in our band! :) Recently while we were driving to Georgia for a gig, our car stopped accelerating completely on the interstate (we suspect it is probably the transmission) and we had to pay an exorbitant amount just getting it towed back home. In the prior months we’ve spent over $3,000 on repairs and replacement parts for the car and cannot afford to put any more money into it without risking getting dangerously behind on rent. We’re asking for $2,500 to help recoup the cost we already poured into the old car before it broke down and put us in a position where we can feasibly afford to purchase a new vehicle or look into repairing the old one.
