Corinna is facing the fight of her life. Recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, life has taken a turn. She has been unable to work for several months, as the main tumour has affected mobility , blood flow, and nerve issues in her leg. Being single she feels the emotional and financial burden of the battle to be overwhelming.

Corinna has always been the one to show up for others when most needed, showing kindness, strength, and a warm heart, it’s our turn to show up for her!

As a long time Nelson B.C. local, many may remember seeing her around town. Corinna was often seen wakeskating on the lake, lifeguardingand teaching swimming, or coaching on our whitewater ski team. Most recently she has dedicated herself to teaching horseback riding. This comes with the added burden and stress of caring for horses. She has already made the painful decision to downsize the farm and responsibilities , parting with animals that are considered family has been very difficult.

Treatment options are very limited. The funds raised will go directly towards living expenses, but mostly alternative foods, supplements, or therapy, or anything else that may help
