Hello, I am currently in the process of starting to divorce my abusive husband, he has mentally abused me for 10 years and I have never been brave enough to try to get out. He is currently threatening to not pay our bills in a last ditch attempt to ruin my finances. Any donations will be used to cover bills and legal fees during this time. I have torn through any savings I had due to a spine injury that I sustained in March of 2025. I had spine surgery in October of 2025 and have not been able to find work since the injury due to a gap in my work history and not being able to lift 50+ pounds. Most places fully overlook my resume due to these things and I had been consistently applying for jobs. I do not currently meet the eligibility to receive any assistance due to his income being too much. I am currently working on trying to obtain a divorce lawyer and need help paying the bills in the meantime.
