My name is Corey Cole. I am a father, husband, small business owner, just a blue collar guy trying to make ends meet and love on everyone I come in contact with. I’ve decided to create this for my TikTok community continuously asking me to do so. We recently received a summons that we must pay over $100k to a back lease that we were not expecting to have to pay. To make long story short…

Our small manufacturing business was booming with a client. After 3 years, said client asked if we could move into a larger space, they would give us more business that they hadn’t yet due to the current size of our space. So after signing an agreement we did. We found the perfect space that was affordable for us with this new agreement. 1 year into the lease, they came to us and said they had been purchased and would be moving all manufacturing to China. They gave us 1 weeks notice. This left 4 years on our current lease. Contract does not hold up because they were purchased and we didn’t get a new contract in place. They are also a $4billion company and have a better fight than us. I don’t feel right about doing this. It honestly is very hard to make this. I’m not someone that asks for help ever. Maybe it’s a pride thing, I don’t know. But what I do know is that I’ll never be able to make that kind of money in the timeframe I need to without them placing garnishments on my pay and my wife’s pay. We are barely making ends meet as it is. We don’t live outside our means. I’ve set the goal at $25k as I’m not sure we would make the goal of the full $100k to solve. However, anything over $100k that we raise, I will be putting that right back into paying it forward for the next people we find through social media that is in dire need. I’m sure that won’t be too hard to find.
