Marianne is raising funds for Cooper, a friend’s beloved cat, after a sudden medical crisis nearly ended Cooper’s life ten days ago. Cooper developed diabetic ketoacidosis and became critically ill, creating a terrifying emergency for the person who loves him most. Thankfully, Cooper is now recovering, but this one crisis has already led to more than $10,000 in veterinary bills. On top of that, Cooper now needs insulin, which means there will be ongoing costs to manage his health and give him the care he needs moving forward.

The funds raised for Cooper will help pay down the veterinary debt from his emergency treatment, as well as immediate follow-ups to assure he is still recovering well. Cooper is his owner’s whole life, and keeping up with these bills while making sure Cooper gets everything he needs is daunting.
