Help Cooper and Kate After Their Accident

Hi friends and family!!

As many of you know, on April 7th, 2025, my boyfriend and I were in a horrible car accident. Cooper’s truck hydroplaned, and we slammed into a tree.

My side hit the tree, so I shattered both my femurs, broke my ankle, broke my tailbone, tore my tendon in my knee, and cracked my skull, resulting in a traumatic brain injury.

Cooper hit his head, resulting in a concussion and needing staples in his skull. He also had to get his hands stitched up, because they got really cut from all the broken glass. And from breaking a window to try and get to me. And he’s just all around banged up, and sore. And mostly, dealing with severe trauma. 

We are forever grateful for the Lord’s sovereign hand over us, and that we both came out of that accident okay. It’s truly a miracle we were not more hurt than we were.

That being said, we have worked up some BILLS since our accident. Rent. Car payments, insurance, etc. We are still missing/going to miss a months of work, due to injuries. I personally cannot work until October. 

And, Cooper’s truck was destroyed in the accident. (I will spare everyone the picture and details of the damage.) He has a job and is also a student, so clearly, he needs reliable transportation!

Anything donated will go towards bills, a new truck for cooper, and day to day expenses!
