Cookie is my sweet 3-year-old dog who just gave birth to six beautiful puppies. What should have been a joyful time quickly turned into a nightmare when Cookie needed an emergency c-section three days ago. After the surgery, she developed serious complications and had to be re-admitted to the hospital for a blood transfusion. Even after the transfusion, her PCV levels remained dangerously low, and her condition has not improved as we had hoped.

Yesterday, I was told that Cookie urgently needs a second transfusion—without it, her life is at risk. The emotional toll has been overwhelming, and the medical bills have piled up in just a few days. I want nothing more than to see Cookie recover and be there for her puppies, but I can’t do it alone.
