Help Cookie from serious emergency

My name is Geena & I really need all the help I can get. Wind blew my front door open and my baby girl Cookie got out while I was not home. When I returned, she seems to have been hit or possibly poisoned by something , we are still ruling stuff out. She is in pain, disoriented, and keeps having seizures.

UPDATE- the vet turned me away with her still in same condition and confirmed poisoning but wouldn’t treat her without money upfront so I’m currently monitoring her at home and having to buy medications and supplements recommended by knowledged professionals until i can get her into another vet for further tests and treatment.
