Help cookie dog get medical attention asap!

This is cookie our chihuahua, she’s had a small hernia for a few years which never seemed to bother her and the vet said that it was only necessary to treat if it became discomforting to her but as of lately her stomach bulge has gotten 2-3 times larger than it normally was and she has been showing signs of paid and has not been able to walk or go to the bathroom regularly. Our family does not have to immediate finances to take her to the vet due to the high costs. Cookie has been a member of our family for years, and she has always been cheerful and energetic up until about 2 weeks ago when we started noticing her stomach getting larger. In fear of it being something seriously wrong internally which those cases need to be addressed quickly I am humbly reaching out to friends and family and anyone with a kind heart in need to raise money to take her to get the care she needs. UPDATE! 
We took her to get diagnosed at a local vets office and they said that her Uterus is located inside of her hernia! Surgery is needed ASAP and the estimate was $1500. 

We have all the paperwork to show the diagnosi, that’s why the goal amount was updated. We really need the support because now we are on a time crunch according to the doctor
