Hi all,

This past May I found out that I have melanoma in my arm. I am currently in stage 1a, my tumor being 1.1 mm in depth. Luckily, it was classified as low risk, however due to my age (23 at time of diagnosis) the doctors have recommended we remove the melanoma and do a sentinel lymph node biopsy as soon as possible.

I’m currently working on a farm in Northern California. While I truly love the work I do, my income doesn’t leave much room for unexpected expenses and my health insurance requires me to cover a significant portion of the surgery which is booked for July 9th.

As I’m trying to keep the details of my personal health private, I’m only sharing this link with close family.
