Greetings everyone

We the friends of Makeda Coaston would like to express our gratitude to our community for their generous financial contributions.

With the money raised previously, we were able to maintain payment to Miss Linett Henry who provided extra care and support in looking after Makeda‘s well-being.

Although Makeda is in a nursing home, the extra help that Linett provides is still ongoing. This is crucial as the nursing home covers a basic level of care that doesn't ensure things like Makeda being washed daily or having access to outdoor activities. Linett currently provides one-to-one support through helping Makeda eat, as she's unable to do so alone. Linett is also assisting the massage therapist, taking sister Makeda outdoors for fresh air daily, and has over extended herself at the times we haven't been able to cover her expenses.

Additional fundraising would ensure Linett is retained and able to provide vital care on a daily basis, giving Makeda a better quality of life.
