I've opened a gofundme to help friends who are struggling in these sub-zero temperatures without a furnace. The friends are Conrad (Zach's best friend) and his mother. Conrad works at Walmart and his mother is on disability. Their furnace stopped working over a month ago and the cost to repair it is over $4000. I gave them numerous numbers on top of the ones they already had to try and get some help. They have tried every program out there to get help and everything they tried ended up being a dead end. Conrad tried to get a loan and was denied. They were denied because Conrad lives there and they said he makes too much money. After Conrad's bills, he has barely any money left. When Conrad takes Zach out, I always give him gas money or we try to pay for his meal. Conrad and Susan do not want to ask for help, but they have no other choice at this time.
