I'm fundraising for my Son, Connor Schafer, a wonderful new father, son, brother and friend. He is currently in the hospital with a serious and potentially deadly bacterial infection behind his ear at the brain. As this time they are not sure of the best way to treat this or how long he will be in the hospital. He has been out of work for the past several weeks with Migraine's and nose bleeds. He has completed multiple rounds of antibiotics that have not improved his condition. However, the cultures have now determined the strain of bacteria (Pseudomonos Aeruginosa) and what IV antibiotics work best. Hopefully now it will start healing. He is in need of financial and emotional support at this time. If you can not donate, please share!

UPDATE: They have transferred Connor from the HCA Hospital here to HCA in Ocala for better specialists to help him. Please keep praying and sharing. He's got a long road to recovery.

UPDATE 8-11-2024.

Connor is in quite a bit of pain today and more facial swelling. They have changed the antibiotics again and added nasal spray, antihistamines and antibiotic ear drops to battle it from all fronts. We are praying this regimen actually works. Thank you for all your prayers and support.
