Hi everyone, many of you know Connor DeLap and how amazing he is - a great friend, kind-hearted, and a joy to be around. On February 1st, Connor broke his femur playing pickleball, this raised a lot of eyebrows (as this is a no contact sport). Upon closer inspection, doctors found this was due to a malignant tumor and Connor has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (a rare type of bone cancer). In the upcoming months, Connor will be going through aggressive Chemotherapy treatment that will require long hospital stays before he is able to receive at least one more surgery that will hopefully remove the tumor. At the same time, he will also be healing from his initial femur fracture and surgery.
Funds we receive from this GoFundMe will go directly to Connor and his family to pay for medical bills, his family traveling back and forth from Phoenix to Spokane (where he is receiving his treatment), and living expenses as Connor is unable to work during this time. Additionally, Connor is having to relocate as he can't access his current apartment due to his first surgery. Connor and his family are so thankful for all the support and prayers. Please consider donating and help support as #ConnorConquersCancer.
