Help Connor Beat NLPHL

This fund raiser is being set up to help Cortney and Mindy Carlson raise money for treatments and expenses for their son Connor. Unfortunately, in the past week or so, bad news has come down and their oldest son, Connor was diagnosed with NLPHL (Nodular Lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma). Connor is only 14 years old, with a lot of life ahead of him and family and friends who love him. Since finding out he has NLPHL, Connor has been constantly concerned with how his family will be able to afford to pay the bills after hearing the high costs of treatment. That isn’t something a 14-year-old boy should have to worry about, but that is who Connor is.

Connor is big into programming and coding and figuring things out and how they work. He spends hours reverse engineering different devices to make them do what he wants them to do and is intrigued about how things work. Connor loves to hunt, fish, and run and play with his friends. Connor is grateful for any help anyone can offer.

Cortney is a Navy vet who served with the Seabees, in fact I have called him Seabee as long as I have known him. He works hard every day to provide the best life he can for his family. He is a proud man and has been the provider for his family for over 21 years. He wouldn’t ask for help so we (many of his friends) have decided that we will do all we can to help in any way we can. Mindy, works hard as well and puts in her hours in the office as a Recreation Director, to come home and make sure everyone is taken care of, fed and happy. She is the glue that holds the family together.

Their hearts are breaking as they try to navigate this difficult route in their lives. They are fighters and they will not give up. 100% of donations will go to Cortney and Mindy to pay medical bills and expenses. Thank you all for your help!
