Help Connie & Her Daughter See Her Dying Mom

Hi, my name is Jenni and I'm trying to raise money for my dear friend, Connie. Her mother was recently diagnosed with ALS and entered into hospice care last week. She does not have much longer to live.

Connie has also been going through a custody battle with her 2 year daughter for the past 2.5 years. The current custody terms do not allow her to leave the state with her daughter, but her mother is in hospice care out of state. She is desperately wanting to visit her mother with her daughter to say their final goodbyes, but her daughter's father will not allow her to go against the terms.

I'm starting this GoFundMe to help raise funds for Connie to be able to go to court and request this special allowance to travel. The ongoing custody battle was delayed due to COVID and has already generated a very large amount of legal fees that Connie is already struggling to cover. At this time, there is no way she can afford to go to court for this special request and time is running out.

Please open your hearts and consider giving to Connie's legal fees for this very important cause! This will allow a grandmother to say goodbye to her granddaughter that she has only known for 2 years.   Connie's Mom was also the only one by Connie's side when she had her daughter and played such an important role in those first few months to support Connie.  Connie just wants to be able to now support her mom in her time of need.
