On Easter Sunday, my 4-year-old daughter Connie Schultz was playing on the church playground with friends. She tried to go down the pole, but lost her grip and fell, wrapping her leg around the pole and breaking it in two places. At first, no one realized how serious her injury was. Connie bravely made it through church and the ride home, but she couldn't put any weight on her leg. When I got the call, we rushed her to the Emergency Room. Her leg didn't look broken from the outside, but the X-ray showed two breaks.

Our family is facing a tough situation right now. Due to a recent job change, we're in between insurance carriers, and Connie needs to see a bone specialist on Monday. The medical bills are already adding up, and we're worried about covering the cost of her care until our new insurance starts. We're doing everything we can to support Connie, but we need help to pay for the specialist visits and initial treatments.
