Help Connie Wright Fight Breast Cancer & Support Her Family
Connie Wright is a warrior. At 36 years old, she’s a devoted wife, a fiercely loving mother of two beautiful children, and a best friend who lights up every room she enters. Her life has always revolved around caring for others—navigating endless therapy appointments, for both kids who have autism, and daily routines with strength, patience, and deep love. But now, Connie is facing the fight of her life, and she needs our strength to carry her through.
Recently, Connie was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 3, stage 3B—an aggressive and rare form of breast cancer. The cancer has spread to at least one of her inner mammary lymph nodes, and she’s currently enduring the grueling process of chemotherapy. After this, she still faces major surgery and radiation. It’s a long and painful road ahead, but Connie is meeting it with bravery and determination—because giving up has never been part of her vocabulary.
This diagnosis has turned her world upside down. With her husband as the sole provider, supporting the family on a single income while managing their children’s extensive therapy needs (which are a 45-minute drive away) is already overwhelming. Add to that the mounting medical expenses, travel costs, and time off work—and it becomes clear: they can’t do this alone.
Connie has always been the kind of person who shows up for others. She gives her whole heart to her family, her friends, and her community. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
This fundraiser will help cover:
Medical expenses not covered by insurance
Travel to and from treatments and therapies
Costs associated with surgery and radiation
Household support and childcare needs during her recovery
Living expenses while she focuses on healing.
Connie is more than her diagnosis. She’s a mother fighting to watch her children grow up. She’s a woman determined to see another birthday, to celebrate another Christmas, to live. She is hope. She is love. She is strength.
Please consider donating—no amount is too small—and sharing her story with your circle. Together, we can lighten her load and give her the gift of focusing on what matters most: healing and being there for her family.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping Connie fight.
