Hi everyone,

Our small thrift store, Concrete Collection, has been forced to close its doors due to severe water damage caused by a recent fire in the building we rent. While the fire didn’t reach our shop directly, the water from putting it out left behind major damage to our space and destroyed much of our inventory.

This thrift store has been more than just a place to shop — it’s been a community hub where people could find affordable clothing, unique vintage pieces, and household goods. We’ve built relationships with so many of you who have supported us, donated items, and shared in our mission to recycle, reuse, and make fashion affordable.

Unfortunately, what the insurance covers for this kind of damage will not cover the entire cost to repair our store and replace inventory; it falls entirely on us. The expenses for cleaning, restoring the space, and saving what’s left are overwhelming, and we can’t do it alone.

We are asking for your help so we can:

• Repair the water-damaged areas of the store

• Recover and replace lost inventory

• Reopen our doors to continue serving our community
