Help complete my mothers bucket list
Donation protected
Thank you to any one who is taking the time out to read this. My name is Sarah I am 28 years old and the daughter to Susan. My mother has been fighting an ongoing battle with cancer for about a decade. It started as breast cancer which she beat and then 5 years later the same cell came back in her spine. We have just received news that the cancer has spread to her lungs and liver. My mother is the strongest, toughest human I know. She is a mother of 6 children. She has helped us all. From my oldest brother who served in the army over seas, to loosing a son to suicide, to care taking of a son who is a paraplegic on top of about 1000 other things we've all been through, she has been the one to make it all better. My mother is very simple. The little things make her happy and she never asks for much. My family and I are understanding that this is the final battle and she is doing what she can medically to try one last time. I asked my mother what she wants out of the rest of her time and she spoke to me about laying in the dark dessert and spending her nights seeing the sky. As well as a going on a hot air balloon. Almost heaven on earth. I so badly want to do everything I can to make that come true for her. I am starting to plan this out and am looking for any donations that will help give my mother the week of a lifetime and fill out her wishes of her time here. My family is not used to asking for help. But for me I would do anything for my mother and to make sure she lives out her life with the happiest moments she could ever have. Because we don't know an exact timeline I am looking to do this for her as soon as I can. I haven't been able to swallow the thought of loosing her so I am putting my energy into celebrating her. Thank you all for your time and donations in advance. And lastly, We never know what tomorrow brings so spend your time taking care of those you love.
