Help Complete John's Legacy Project

I still cannot believe my son John is gone. He had one big dream that was never fulfilled. As his mother, I would love nothing more than to make that dream a reality. It will be his legacy, but I cannot do it alone.He talked constantly about it. He put everything he had into working towards it. John worked hard for everyone else, sometimes 14 hours a day so he could save enough to leave a beautiful gift for his son. If he got a job, he did his best for that customer, treating the project as if it were his own. Finally, he had reached a point where he had the means to buy a home to fix up for his son, Nicos. This was the labor of love he wasn't able to complete before he left us. He bought a house that needed a lot of work, but he didn't mind hard work. His plan was to finish this project of a lifetime in secret and surprise his son by handing him the key to the house on Nico's graduation day. Sadly, on November 9th, 2023, he passed away unexpectedly. Nicos has had a really hard time losing his dad, but he still went back to Bowling Green to continue his studies, graduating with two degrees in four years. We are all very proud of him.

Those of you who knew John, know that he had a giant heart. He would feed everyone else before himself. He would give you his shirt off of his back. I know that if anything happened to any of you, he would be the first one to help. So, let's do something so that his dream would come true and truly honor his memory and the difference he made in each of your lives. I’d like to ask everyone to give whatever you could to help with the completion of the house. If you could remember my Johnny and sacrifice something that is unnecessary for one month, and gift that towards his dream, it would mean the world to John and our family. I am sure that John would be smiling down upon you. I would also like to ask if some of you could find it in your hearts to donate a few hours of your time for whatever needs to be completed to help finish the house. The roof and crawlspace have been completed. All of the walls have been ripped out. The house would need electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, siding, and windows. I think it would be a great idea to do something for someone that would do anything for you.Therefore, I would like your suggestion on the best way to get something like this going. I believe by us all coming together in this endeavor, it will be a healing process and a blessing to all who participate in making this a reality. I am not too good with technology so please let me know how we could best raise the funds.
