Help Community Leader Carolyn Dunn and Family After Fires
Donation protected
The devastation caused by the fires in Los Angeles is taking an enormous and life-changing toll on so many, including our dear sister, Carolyn Dunn, who has given so much to so many communities over the years, including American Indian arts, music, theater, and dance. She has made major contributions to Louisiana Creole communities as well. Carolyn and her family have been displaced from their home and are currently without water, electricity, and basic necessities. We know that bills will be piling up and she is not just responsible for herself but for several other family members with health needs that will not be met without community support. They could really use any help you can provide to get back on their feet during this difficult period. We appreciate your kindness on behalf of the family.
Andrew Jolivétte, Carolyn’s dear friend, cousin/brother on behalf of her Creole and Native community, relatives, students, and colleagues and all who have been touched by her gifts to us and our world.
