Help Commemorate Gilbert at UT Austin

On May 2nd, we said goodbye to Gilbert, the love of my life, my best friend, and the beating heart of our family. Our hearts ache with his absence, and we lean on the support of our loved ones as we navigate this profound loss. We humbly request your prayers during this difficult time.

We are currently arranging the details of Gilbert's memorial service, which will be held on May 24th at 2pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Helotes. Further information will follow as plans are finalized. Your presence and support will mean the world to us as we honor and remember Gilbert's life.

Gilbert was an alumni of the University of Texas at Austin. He was in the final stretch of completing his Doctoral degree at the University. He loved Texas football and was a lifelong Longhorn. He often would return to the Forty Acres to enjoy games and make new memories with friends and family. We would like to honor him by getting a plaque in his name to commemorate his life.
