Help support Chey and her family on this difficult journey

Hello, my name is Shay and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister Cheyenne.

My Sister Cheyenne is an absolutely amazing women, and her and her family need our communities help.

A few months ago Cheyenne started to feel ill. She did what she knew to do, which was go to her Dr's. A month or so goes by and she is still experiencing the same issues, so she requested a gynecologist to see her.

It was a bit of wait but she didnt mind. Cheyenne is such an extremely hard worker she continued to go to work every single day all the while still taking care of her two daughters and her home with her husband Mike.

A month ago things took a turn for the worst, her husband had to rush her to the emergency room. She was losing alot of blood. So much so that they said she originally needed one blood transfusion, in the end she required two.

At this time they also did a ultrasound along with a Cat scan.

The Dr came in and what they said wasnt what Cheyenne or her family wanted to hear.

They found a mass of her cervix.

They requested more testing which consisted of an MRI and then a PET scan to see exactly what the mass was.

Cheyenne got the devastating call on a Thursday afternoon telling her she had Stage 3 cervical cancer. In that moment the world stopped spinning for her.

Cheyenne is not only my sister, she is also a wife, a mother of two beautiful sweet girls, a daughter, a friend. She is also a fighter!

The next few days were filled with uncertainty, fear, and stress. Mike love and devotion for his wife shows in the sense he has decided to also take a leave from his job as well in order to be by Cheyennes side during every single treatment and the days in between. This was not a part of their journey, however Mike would never be anywhere else but beside his wife to support her.

Cheyenne will begin radiation treatments daily along with weekly chemotherapy treatments as well starting June 6th 2025.There is more but those are the top two she is required to do.

We have been lucky in the sense it hasn't spread to anything serious, but these treatments take a toll on one's body.

Cheyenne, Mike and their girls need the help of our community right now.
