Comedian Frank White started in comedy in 2012. The native New Orleanian’s conversational, laid-back style quickly made him an audience favorite and stand-out on the comedy scene.
Three years into his stand-up career, Frank’s vision and drive led him to create and host "Dinner & Comedy", a venture that showcased comedians not just from the greater New Orleans area, but across the southern region as a whole. Dinner & Comedy also provided local culinary artists the opportunity to grow their businesses as guests enjoyed their food while being entertained.
Soon after the success of Dinner & Comedy, Frank continued to stretch creatively by writing, directing, and starring in Seafood Gangster in 2019. The short film was well- received and allowed him to display even more range creatively.
Frank continued to show off his versatility when he created "NOLA Bible Verses" in 2022. The extremely popular IG series fueled his ever- growing social media presence, due to the enthusiastic followers who were quick to share each new post. In the same year, he debuted a new character called NOLA Santa who not only gave local families the chance to take Christmas pictures with a Santa who looked like them, but he also released a Bounce theme song that played repeatedly on local radio.
Comedian Frank white has also been a part of countless comedy shows including the "504 Boyz of New Orleans" comedy tour. He has also made guest appearances on a variety of podcasts, movies and music videos most notably, a guest appearance as one of the New Orleans Legends featured on Flagboy Giz’s star-studded 2022 remix single “We Outside”.
In 2024, he established Frank White Productions, LLC which will enable him to further his creative vision and continue to grow his artistic portfolio with new fresh content such as his new stage play "The Repast" coming May 2025. The play takes place during the days leading up to Jesus' resurrection and focuses on his disciples reminiscing about the times they had with him. If you are a fan of NOLA Bible Verses, you'll love The Repast. The play will feature well-known and loved local talent and provide students in the community the opportunity to work on a stage production.
The cast is committed, the directors are inspired and everyone involved has been working hard to ensure they show out for the city. All we need is financial support to make sure we can put on the best possible show for the community.
