Friends, family, I need your help. Please help me save my son. His health is failing, and I can’t watch him waste away anymore.

Two years ago, Colton was overdosed on anesthesia, causing a mini-stroke, and had a bad reaction to the lidocaine, which led to Lidocaine Toxicity. What was supposed to be a simple surgery has left him battling the effects of this toxin as it has attacked almost every part of his body. The latest side effect has his stomach and other organs shutting down. His body is unable to absorb the nutrients it needs, and he is losing weight at an alarming rate. This is just a few of the multiple problems he is facing right now. You wouldn’t have ever known because he never complains and is always willing to help others, even when he’s sick. That’s why it just breaks my heart to see him now. He has seen numerous specialists as they try to treat one issue at a time, and nothing is working. These local doctors can’t figure out what to do next.

A good friend of ours told Colton about a live-in clinic that can treat all his issues. It looks very promising and hopeful. The way this friend came into his life at this time, and the location of the clinic being in an area of the country where Colton served his mission, has us feeling like God has a hand in leading us to this path. But the clinic is very expensive. He is selling whatever he can to earn the money himself, but it’s still not enough. Colton is not one to ask for help, and most people are too proud to ask, but I’m not. I am a mother that will do whatever she can for her children. I know we all have our trials to endure, but I’m begging and pleading for your help with this one. Please help save my son.
